Christmas Dinner 2007

xmas dinner

A 5.7kg traditional roast goose with pork, sage & onion stuffing with apple sauce, cranberry sauce and gravy plus carrot and parsnips roasted with sage dressing, roast potatoes, gourmet stuffing of pork and mushrooms wrapped in bacon and finally pork and cranberry chipolata sausages wrapped in crispy bacon. Mmmmm….. It was yummy.

    You have to tell me the name of your phone.. I think I spotted it in your latest YT vid when you started the ‘Timbaland’ song? I’m curious about how much they go for and if it’s a viable option for me.. hmm.

    Your feast here looks WoW!! Bacon-wrapped goodness! Good on you for having goose! I don’t know anyone that had goose for Christmas. Were you eating Goose sandwiches for days afterwards?
