Stuffed

Just got home from a verrrry nice evening out at Maze, Gordon Ramsays latest michelin starred modern french restaurant. Will blog about it properly tomorrow (with pics too).. but for now, let me say the food was reeeallly gooooood. London is fantastic for fine dining. I thought I’d been to some great restaurants in Sydney, but I think I’ve been re-educated to what quality gastranomical delights are here in England (where 4 out of 10 of the worlds top restaurants reside).



It was quite a special night. Aside from the fantastic food, we met the head chef Jason Atherton, had a mini tour of the kitchen (its huge!), and saw Gordon Ramsey himself who was sitting opposite our table chatting with business associates. Oh yeh, and it was me and Kwai’s 1 year anniversary tonight. :)



Ok, its 1:30am, waay past my bedtime… zzZzZZzz..
