What a pleasure it was to actually get an insight into dining at a famous chef's restaurant! I have really enjoyed watching all the British chef's on ABC tv over the years here in Oz. Namely Gordon, Ainsley, Jamie, Nigella & Antonio. I loved it that you listed all that you ate and shared your pictures! I'd be extremely curious as to exactly how much that dining exprience did cost (for future reference.. to know if it would be achievable for us!)..and how far in advance you had to book. Desserts are now listed. :P I couldn't remember what they were before, and the website didn't have them on the menu, but they do now. So there ya go! I liked the apple trifle the most.. mmm.. suprisingly more than the chocolate. But the chocolate fondant had a bit of brandy or something in it, which i don't like as much. Corrected.
